1. Who We Are

This website, aauge.com, is operated by Fengmuse Technology Sdn. Bhd. Our address is Level 8, Livingston Tower, 170 Argyll Road, 10050 George Town, Penang, Malaysia.

2. What Kind of Website This Is

This is a static website. It has no forms, no sign-up or login, no comments, and no online payments. The "Log in / Get started" buttons on this website lead you away from this website to a separate image generation system. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not use cookies.

3. Local Browser Storage

We use sessionStorage in your browser to keep a single flag that records whether you have already seen the first-visit pop-up. The flag is kept only in the current tab session and usually disappears after you close the tab. We do not send it to our server.

4. Server Access Logs

Like most websites, our server records access logs, such as IP address, time of visit, pages requested and browser type. These logs are generated automatically when you open a web page. We use them for website security and troubleshooting. Logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and operations, and are deleted afterwards.

5. Emails You Send Us

Sending us an email is voluntary. You can browse this website normally without doing so. If you email hello@aauge.com, we receive your email address and any information you voluntarily provide. We use it only to reply to you, to handle the matter you wrote to us about, and to keep a record of that correspondence. We do not carry out direct marketing through this website.

Emails sent to hello@aauge.com may be viewed and handled by colleagues in our Malaysia office or in our offices in Zhuhai and Zhengzhou, China. This means your information may be processed across borders.

6. Third Parties

Our website hosting provider has access to the access logs while hosting this website. Our email service provider has access to your emails while delivering them. Other than this, we do not disclose your personal information to others. We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.

7. External Links and the AAUGE Image Generation System

The "Log in / Get started" buttons on this website take you to the AAUGE image generation system at aigc.aauge.com. That is a separate service with its own privacy policy, and the text published at aigc.aauge.com governs that service. This website may contain external links. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites.

8. Your Rights

You can email hello@aauge.com to ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you from our email correspondence. You can also ask us to delete it. If we still need to keep some of it, we will explain why. If you would like us to stop using the information in a particular email, please write to us and tell us so. We will reply within 21 days after we receive your request.

9. Children

This website is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If a guardian finds that a minor has sent us personal information, the guardian may write to us to request its deletion.

If we make changes, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
